Are you a Training Instructor looking to create a training program for a brand new enterprise application? If so, we may have an opportunity for you!


TISTA is seeking an experienced Training Instructor to join a team of highly skilled trainers working on conducting training for end-users. The selected candidate will be well versed with various training delivery methods and practices, including live presentation, web-based, and onsite training sessions for groups and individuals; develop product training and other materials as needed; maintain extensive knowledge of company products, etc. and other duties as required. Our training instructor will work closely with Business Analysts and Customers to develop training material based on training needs. Our associate will be responsible for effectively explaining the technical complexities of software, to structure their presentations to fit medium and large audiences.



  • Collaborate effectively with developers, business requirements and managers to create training materials
  • Ability to quickly learn a complex system
  • Assist with the creation of online training videos to support end users 
  • Develop tip sheets, quick reference guides, job aids and other methods of learning including social or connected learning strategies, and media-based assets
  • Update and maintain current training materials
  • Conduct training sessions with WebEx (virtual training)
  • Conduct onsite training as needed (possible travel 20-50%)
  • Assist other teams as necessary (Developers, Business Requirements, Help Desk)
  • Stage data in a complex system to support training sessions with end users
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions



  • Professional experience in instructor led and virtual led training
  • Experience using video editing tools such as Camtasia
  • Ability to support UAT sessions at the client site or virtually
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems 
  • Ability to develop and manage training content (manuals, tip sheets, quick reference guides)
  • Experience developing and supporting training for software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working on a cross-functional Scrum team (preferred)
  • Prior Center for Program Integrity (CPI) experience (preferred)


  • Bachelor’s degree


  • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Must have worked in the US three out of the past five years
